Mommies Escape

Jessica and her Mommy Friends decided they would get a day off so they headed to Sentosa, had spa treatments and booked a night on the island. They had dinner at the Cliffs and enjoyed a child-free day away while the hubbies minded the children at home.

It was great to get a much-needed break and when they all checked out, they could not wait to get home to see their kids.

We're eating solids now! So far Samantha has had rice cereal, apples, pears, sweet potato, carrots, peas, bananas, avocados and yogurt with an occasional 'rice rusk' as a snack

Sam is definitely sitting up on her own now and enjoys playing with her toys

She's close to crawling, she can scoot herself backwards in a reverse-crawl motion

Cousins visit Singapore

Bradley, Clayton and Lindsey, along with Aunt Tonia and Uncle Corbett visited us in Singapore and they also went to Borneo, Bali and Hanoi. Of all the places and things they saw, I think their favorite was the newly opened water park inside the Singapore Zoo!

Salmon Roll

Samantha Rose enjoyed swimming in her floaty in Bali! She kicked a lot and especially liked swimming with her cousins who visited us from Denver. This girl could stay in the water all day if we let her, she's quite a little fish- a Salmon Roll

This little fish now has 2 teeth, which erupted on July 31st. For the longest time we could not get a photo of them but now that they are higher, we can see them better.

Here's Samantha Rose in her Half-Birthday Swimsuit, a gift she received from her great-grandparents Grammie and Papa for her half birthday. She wore it to the pool today and enjoyed splashing around.
