What is a Lambington? A Lambington is an Aussie creation, a 3x3" cube of yellow cake dipped in chocolate sauce and then covered in coconut. We were introduced to it by Anita and Rob when we went to Boomerang's for brunch at Robertson Quay. Speaking of Lamb, here was our little lamb during brunch in his usual form:
